This apartment is right in the heart of Barcelona, on the famous and lively Las Ramblas. Once sitting outside at the terrace you almost wouldn't know that you are in the centre of Barcelona, because on one of the 2 balconies of the apartment you won’t notice anything. It is a bright and spacious apartment cleverly reworked with double glazing and soft furnishings which delivers an atmosphere to relax, right in the heart of the city. The apartment is located less than a minute's walk from Las Ramblas, close to the waterfront and the World Trade conference centre, at the tip of multi-cultural and arty Raval. The nearest metro station is Drassanes which is L3, the green line. The lounge of this apartment exists of one sleeper sofa, an audiovisual unit and a beautiful doorway which let you enter onto the balcony. The dining suite has a capacity of 4 persons.
