Apartment description
This spacious two-person apartment is located in the Poble Nou area. The interior of the apartment is modern and painted in the base colours red and black. The soft leather furniture fits beautifully with the nice dark red colours used for the carpet and the chairs. From the window you can overlook the avenue downstairs. In the evening you can experience the romantic atmosphere of the illuminated street from your own terrace. This terrace is accessible from the living room, the kitchen and the bedroom.
In the front side of the apartment you will find the living room. It contains a leather sofa, a leather lounge chair and a television with a DVD player. Walk through the glass sliding doors and you will enter the large furnished terrace. In the back of the living room you will find the dining suite, with a glass table and four chairs.
If you walk through the sliding doors in the back of the living room you will enter the kitchen. A remarkable feature in here is the small flat screen television. There is a marble surface and rustless steel amenities and the kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, electric hot plates, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a juicer, a kettle, a TV and a dishwasher.

Area description
This apartment is located in the Poblenou area, on the street named the Avinguda Diagonal. It is an upcoming district in Poble Nou. You can enjoy modern developments like the Forum cultural venue, specially designed for music festivals and events, and Diagonal del Mar, Europe’s biggest luxury shopping mal, but also an old-fashioned outdoor flea-market and an antiques market at Glories. The new high-tech business area is around the corner as well as the Agbar tower, an imposing 142 meter high construction, in the colours of water and fire.
Furthermore, it is only 10 minutes walking to the beach where is also the pedestrian boulevard Rambla de Poble Nou. It is wonderful to stroll down this Mediterranean street with all its terraces, shops and cafés.
In 10 minutes you will be in the heart of Barcelona, since the tram stops in front of your door.
