Apartment description
Apartment Marbella 1 is a large, brand new luxurious, 8 persons apartment which is located in one of the most modern areas in Barcelona and has a great seaview. Due to its large balcony you can sit outside and enjoy the view of the beach (which is just a 5 minutes walk) and the magnificent luxurious neighbourhood. The building where Marbella 1 is located has just been finished and you will see that it is one artistic piece of work. Inside the apartment you?ll find 3 bedrooms and all the luxury you need. The apartment has also got a kind of a private garden for guests, which has been kept in perfect condition.
The living room is very large and gives you a beautiful view over the sea. With its modern luxurious design and new equipment you will see that it is hard to leave this room. There is always coming a natural light from outside through the windows which make the atmosphere brilliant. The diner table is also located inside this room. The living room is provided with a big screen TV, a DVD player and large comfortable sofa.
This apartment can accommodate up to 8 people. In the main bedroom you will find a large twin bed and enough room for your luggage and clothes. There are also some beautiful paintings on the wall and there is an easy chair. In the second bedroom you will find two single beds, which you can combine or separated with or from each other. The third bedroom has got the same benefits as the second and is also provided with the same beds. All bedrooms have windows, which can be opened and closed, with a nice view on the sea or the city. Last but not least, there is the large sofa in the living room. You can use it to create a place to sleep for two extra persons
The kitchen is pretty modern and large. It is fully equipped with all the material you need. A washing machine, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, water heater and a juicer are one of the many things you?ll find inside the kitchen.
Inside the bathroom you?ll still taste the luxury and you are provided with a bath and shower unit, toilet, sink, hairdryer etc. Above the sink there is a large mirror and under it there is enough room so you can store up some things you might need in the bathroom. There are also two inputs for electric devices near the mirror.
Around the area of the apartment
Marbella 1 is located northeast of the old city. It will take you just 5 minutes to get from the apartment to the beach. All you will have to do is cross a street. In this area, Diagonal del Mar, you will find some nice constructed modern buildings, but also many local caf鯲estaurants, bars and parks where you can enjoy your stay. There is also a very big shopping centre nearby, which will be a walk of maximum 7 minutes. The touristic places like la Rambla and the area Gotico are just an 8 minute metro ride away, from your stay. There is a metro station very close to the apartment which makes it al so easy and comfortable, because public transportation costs in Barcelona are very low.
