Apartment description
This apartment is the big brother of Marbella 1: enormous, brand new, luxurious and available for up to 10 persons. Inside this apartment Marbella 2 you’ll find 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (with jacuzzi) and all the luxury you need. The apartment is located in one of the most modern areas in Barcelona and has got a balcony out-front which creates a great sea sight. Due to its large balcony you can sit outside and enjoy the view of the beach (which is just a 5 minutes walk).
The building in where the Marbella apartments are located has just been finished and you will see that it is one artistic piece of work. This apartment has also got the benefits of a private garden where you can relax and which has been kept in perfect condition.
The living room is very large and well lighted during the day, because of the natural light from the outside. It is very modern and very artistically decorated, with a wooden floor on the ground, cream coloured walls, beautiful paintings and some tight furniture. Inside you’ll find entertainment systems like a TV, a DVD player, along with internet-access (wireless) and a telephone for local calls and emergency calls. Further you’ll find a diner table, which is round and across the lounge. In the corner of the room there is the lounge area. The apartment is provided with 2 large sofas where you can relax around the carpet. The nice large sliding door gives access to the big balcony from where the view is just magnificent.
This apartment has got four bedrooms: a main bedroom with a large twin bed and an en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a large twin bed and a third & fourth bedroom with two single beds in both rooms. In the main bedroom there are four windows which will give you a great view over the city of Barcelona. The room has got a large twin bed, some modern furniture, enough room for luggage and clothes and of course a bathroom en-suite. In the second bedroom you will also find a large two person bed and the great view over the city through the windows. These rooms are decorated the same as the living room, with cream coloured walls and a wooden floor. The third and fourth bedroom are equal to each other. They have a slight difference in the magnificent view over the city, but they have the same benefits of two single beds. It is possible to accommodate two extra persons by using the two single sofas in the living room.
The kitchen is pretty modern and gives you sea sight through a window above the counter. It is fully equipped with for example a washing machine, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, water heater and a juicer.
Inside the first en-suite bathroom you’ll find the general things as a toilet, a mirror and a sink, but you will also find a bath with a jacuzzi system. Underneath the sink there is also a cupboard where you can put in some things like towels etc. The second bathroom is similar to the main bathroom with a walk in shower, a sink, a bidet and of course a toilet.
Around the area of the apartment
Marbella 2 is located northeast of the old city. It will take you just 5 minutes to get from the apartment to the beach. All you will have to do is cross a street. In this area, Diagonal del Mar, you will find some nice constructed modern buildings, but also many local café/restaurants, bars and parks where you can enjoy your stay. There is also a very big shopping centre nearby, which will be a walk of maximum 7 minutes. The touristic places like la Rambla and the area Gotico are just an 8 minute metro ride away, from your stay. There is a metro station very close to the apartment which makes it al so easy and comfortable, because public transportation costs in Barcelona are very low.
