Apartment description
Spending your holiday in this apartment really has it all, swimming in the pool down the apartment, strolling down the boulevard to the beach and spending long lovely evenings on your own large private terrace. Not to forget that you are on the edge of the core of lively Barcelona with its many possibilities to eat at restaurants of all parts of the world and all sorts of entertainment you could wish for.
The general impression of the apartment is modern and clear. The colour of the apartment is white and contains some colourful accessories like plants and vases. The living area is spacious and bright thanks to the glass sliding doors that go alongside the whole front of the apartment. These doors open to the balcony. The front of the living room contains a dinner table with a chandelier above, a big white cupboard, a white fatboy and a white mirror on the wall. On the other side of the living room is a sofa located, this sofa could be turned into a double bed. In front of the sofa there is the television and the cd-player. There is a white rug on the floor and some little stools.
The whole apartment has double glass windows, air conditioning and central heating. There are also blinds on the whole back of the apartment.
There is a completely arranged kitchen with a ceramic hot plate, a large refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, coffee machine, juicer and a toaster. At the front of the kitchen there is a nice leather lounge area. There is a big window in front which has a view over de patio.
The en-suite bedroom contains a double bed. A glass door goes alongside the whole back of the apartment, through which you have access to the big terrace. This room has a beautiful chandelier and different white cupboards. From this bedroom you have direct access to the first bathroom. It is a very light bathroom with a light marble sink. Furthermore, it contains a bathtub with a shower. In the second bedroom there are two individual beds. This bedroom has also direct access to the terrace on the back of the apartment and it is provided with curtains and blinds.
The second bathroom contains also a bathtub with a shower, a toilet and a light marble sink.
The terrace has a surface of 14m². Thanks to the size and the beautiful wooden terrace furniture you are insured of wonderful evenings, having dinner on your own terrace. From the terrace you have visibility on the shared swimming pool and patio with a playground for children.
The apartment is on a modern apartment complex, which has an elevator. You have your own parking space in the building, the costs for this are €10 a day.
Around the area of the apartment
The apartment is located in the district villa Olimpica, on approximately 300 meters of the beach. Just down the apartment lays a beautiful broad boulevard with palm trees on both sides and the Olympic port with its many terraces, restaurants and bars. From the balcony you can overlook this beautiful boulevard and also the famous Sagrada Familia of Gaudí. The apartment is on walking distance from of the zoo, Parque Cuitadella, the autenthic Spanish neighbours Poble Nou and el Borne. There possibilities for transport are also very good, there are different bus, metro and tram stops, so you can go to the core of Barcelona in just a couple of minuts.
