The apartment Born 2 is located in a renovated building which conserved the historic fassade of the zone, in one of the noblest area's in the historic centre of Barcelona. Next to Paseo del Born in the full Gothic Quarter, just away 50 meters of the Gothic Church of Santa Maria del Mar and the Picasso Museum and at walking distance of the Cathedral and the port.
The loft is at the first floor with a double balcony outside. It is a very beautifully designed apartment: restored wood-ceiling, originally stone walls, parquet floor and design kitchen & bathroom (with bathtube) are combined with modern fresh green painted walls and modern equipped kitchen and bathroom, which provide you with a luxurious feeling once you are inside the apartment. The living-room has a double sofa-bed and the bedroom has two single beds.

The appartement is situated in the area called 'El Ribera' or 'El Born'. This old bohemian area has become one of the most popular hotspots of Barcelona in the last years. There are plenty of restaurants and (tapas) bars and designer shops in this beautiful historic area (from the 12th century) with its small pedestrian streets.
