Apartment description
This beautiful apartment is located in Villa Olimpica, a modern area in Barcelona at walking distance from one of the cleanest beaches in Barcelona: Bogatell. Since about 3 years a beach including the trendy 'chiringuitos' (small beach bars). Perfect for sun, sea and beach fans. Besides the beach this apartment is also in reasonable distance from the Gothic area downtown Barcelona: by metro or bus within 15 minutes.
The apartment is located at the 1st Floor (with elevator), is modern decorated with nice wooden floor. The open living area is spacious with a large sofa, a dining table with 4 seats and an open complete equipped kitchen. The 2 beautiful historical doors with their large windows open onto the sunny balcony, furnished with a table and 2 chairs, with a view at a nice spacious square.
The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed, and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. With 5 or 6 persons a comfortable apartment. There are 2 bathrooms; one large bathroom with bath with shower, basin and WC and the second one is a smaller bathroom with shower. Furthermore the apartment includes hot/cold air conditioning and ADSL internet in the living room.

The apartment is located in the area Villa Olimpica, just a couple of minutes walking from the nicest beach in Barcelona: Bogatell. Bogatell is known for the cleanest beaches in the Barcelona area, and you will find a mixture of bohemians and young trendy tourists. At night there are deejays, live music and lounge sessions.
The area is called one of the most safest area's of the city with plenty of typical Catalan shops, restaurants and bars. With public transport (metro or buss) you are only 15 minutes away from the Gothic Area in downtown Barcelona.
