Apartment description
This comfortable and beautiful apartment is located in Villa Olimpica, a modern area in Barcelona at walking distance from one of the cleanest beaches in Barcelona: Bogatell. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an authentic historical building dated from 1925. At walking distance of the Olympic port that offers plenty of bars, restaurants and nightlife besides the interesting boats in the port which was developed and used for the Olympic games in Barcelona in 1992.
The large open livingroom with beautiful wooden floor is modern decorated with a sofa, sidetables, plants, TV- & audio-meuble, dining table with glass top and 4 chairs, a balcony with 2 small chairs.
The sofa in the livingroom can also be used as a single bed. Furthermore there are 2 bedrooms, both decorated with double beds and wardrobes. The view out of the balcony from the largest bedroom is beautiful.
The bathroom is completely equipped with a bathtube with shower, a bidet and toilet. Also the kitchen is modern and fully equipped.

The apartment is located in the area Villa Olimpica, just a couple of minutes walking from the nicest beach in Barcelona: Bogatell. Bogatell is known for the cleanest beaches in the Barcelona area, and you will find a mixture of bohemians and young trendy tourists. At night there are deejays, live music and lounge sessions.
The area is called one of the most safest area's of the city with plenty of typical Catalan shops, restaurants and bars. With public transport (metro or buss) you are only 15 minutes away from the Gothic Area in downtown Barcelona.
