Apartment description
The apartment is located in an authentic building which dates from 1925, and is fully rehabilitated to modern standards, with an elevator. It is ideal for two couples since it contains two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment has three double doors that open to sunny balconies from where you can overlook a green area with palm trees and imposing statues.
The apartment is recently refurbished, this is mainly noticeable in the modern bathrooms and kitchen, while the living room and the kitchen contain modern features like see-through closets and stainless steel kitchenware. The authentic elements are kept which give the apartment its flair. Notice the beautiful oak floor, the stone walls and the ceiling with wooden beams.
The living room has a large sofa, two sofa chairs, a coffee table and an audiovisual station with TV, DVD and video. There are two large wooden doors that open to balconies.
The separated kitchen, with a table for four people in front, contains a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, hob stove, oven, toaster, blender, juicer, kettle, coffee machine and washing machine.
The first bedroom has a double bed, a night-table, a large cupboard and beautiful wooden doors to a separate balcony. The second bedroom has two graceful individual beds, a large white cupboard and it has a large window that opens to a court.
There are two bathrooms in this apartment. Both bathrooms are simple but very modern decorated, with beautiful tiles in dark brown and white, with sinks that are like a white and glass bowls and both finished with colourful towels.

Around the area of the apartment
The apartment is located in the area Villa Olimpica. The Villa Olimpica area is created on the occasion of the 1992 Olympic Games. The existing factories were pulled down and a completely new small town was raised to house the athletes and visitors. Now it is a lively coast area, and very popular among tourists. From the apartment it is only two minutes walking to the Bogatell beach. The boulevard in front of the beach is magnificent, with the many seafood restaurants, lounge bars, cocktail bars, casino and other clubs. A very famous and impressive sculpture build next to the boulevard is the ‘Pez y Esfera’, representing a headless fish, designed by Frank Gehry. The two skyscrapers Hotel Arts and Mapfre Tower have modified the outline of the city, they are both 150 meters high. The area around these towers is made up of a shopping centre. Furthermore, the area is known for its many green zones and more up to the north there is the famous Agbar Tower, an imposing construction, in the colours of water and fire.
It is on walking distance to the Old Town Barcelona, the Gothic Quarter, El Borne and the famous La Rambla street.
