This cozy first-floor apartment 'Gracia' is located in the Gracia district. It is ideal for two persons, but can accommodate up to four. The apartment is smartly designed, and despite it limited surface, it consists of two double bedrooms, the living area, a bathroom and a kitchen.
The living area is decorated with parquet on the floor and some paintings on the wall. In here you will find a comfortable sofa, a TV, some bookshelves and a CD player. The living is connect with the directly connected with the open kitchen.
The dinner table located in the kitchen can seat up to four people. The kitchen is practical and contains everything you need. It is provided with a sink, a large refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave and 4 hot plates.
The first bedroom has a double bed and enough room for luggage. This room has also got two small cupboards with a lamp, perfect for comfortable reading at night.
The second bedroom consists of two single beds which can be made into a double bed. There is also a cupboard with a small lamp and some room for your luggage. In total these two rooms provide 4 places to sleep.

The apartment is perfect for a short stay in the lively area of Gracia, which is like a small village in Barcelona.

Gracia used to be a village outside of Barcelona but is nowadays an interesting part of the city. At walkingdistance of the Art Nouveau and full with squares (Placa del Sol), bars and terraces. The Verdi-theater with original non-commercial movies is also located in Gracia.
The population exists of students, Catalan and a variety of artists, actors, musicians, photographers and designers.
