Apartment description
The Princesa apartment is modern decorated and recently completely renovated. There is 1 bedroom and 1 sleeping sofa in the open space (but seperated from the livingroom so there is enough privacy). The apartment is located at the 3rd floor (without elevator) and out of the livingroom you have a great view at the square below. Old wooden bars at the cealing give the apartment a rustique appearance. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The Santa Caterina district is located around the market of the same name “El Mercado de Santa Caterina” reformed by the famous architect Enric Miralles and it has become a place of cult for architecture students from all over the world. The city council of Barcelona invests great sums of money in this district because of its great potential and fantastic location between the park “Parque de la Ciutadella” and the Cathedral square “Plaza de la Catedral”.
