Apartment description
This large apartment is located in the stylish Eixample district and can accommodate up to four persons. In the middle of the apartment you find the living room and the kitchen. It has two bedrooms, each located on both ends of the apartment and these are both equipped with their own bathroom. It is an ideal apartment for two couples. The first two-person bedroom has a huge walk-in closet and a bathroom en-suite with a bath tub. The second two-person bedroom has also its own bathroom and this bedroom is connected with a large private terrace. There is a barbeque placed on this terrace, and some relax chairs for chilling out after discovering the city. The terrace is completely private.
After a busy day in the lively Barcelona you will be happy coming home to the San Julio apartment which is totally focused on your comfort. When you enter you will see the kitchen in front of you. The kitchen is modern and very practical. It is fully provided with a refrigerator, a freezer, a coffee machine, a microwave, an oven, a juicer, a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The living area is located on the right side of the apartment. First you pass the four-person dinner table. The living area is provided with a large sofa and three comfortable chairs. The stylish living makes it a enjoyable place to relax or just watch a movie. From here you have direct access to the balcony.
The main bedroom is situated in front of the living room. In this room there is also an air-conditioning unit. Furthermore, there is access to an en-suite walk-in-closet and even an en-suite bathroom. Make the walk-in-closet your own private dressing room. The private bathroom is modern, and complete with a bath/shower, a toilet and a sink. When you step out of your bed, to reach your private bathroom you will pass your dressing room.
The second bedroom is located on the other side of the apartment. Inside this large bedroom there is also find an air-conditioning unit. The bathroom is provided with a shower, a toilet and a sink. From this bedroom you can enter the large private terrace.
Around the area of the apartment
The Eixample district called as well “El Plan cerdá” was created from the project of the expansion of the city, and its union with the surrounded towns, made by the famous city planner Idelfonso Cerdá. The Eixample district is a unique zone wich represents the greater expression of the modernist architecture, and specially Gaudí’s (Milá House, the Batlló House and the Sagrada Family). Its main avenue Paseo de Gracia is considered like one of the most beautiful avenues in the world.
