Apartment description
This luxurious designed apartment, ideal for 4 persons, is located on Paseo de Colon. You are right in the heart of Barcelona’s centre and this will make sure that you will be able to access all the Barcelona action within just a few minutes walk. The apartment gives you a magnificent view over Port Vell and provides you with a lot of comfort to make your stay very pleasant.
Paseo de Colon is on the edge of the Barrio Gotico. La Rambla, El Born and the beach are very nearby from here and fully surrounded by nice (tapas) bars and restaurants.
Apartment Cervantes consists of a beautiful bedroom with a large double king-size bed, a living room which is full of atmosphere, an inviting modern kitchen and a nice bathroom.
You will enter this apartment through a security card system. Once you have entered the apartment you will walk through a hallway which leads directly to the living room.
The stylish living room is modern and tightly decorated. It is ideal for relaxing after a daytrip for some sightseeing in the beautiful centre of Barcelona. Near the sofa you will see a glass door which will lead you to a small balcony. From this balcony you can enjoy the great view of Port Vell, the old harbour of Barcelona.
On the other side of the living room you will find a small bar, which connects the living room and the kitchen. At this modern grey stone tinted bar you can enjoy your drinks or diner and walking around it, you will enter the stylish kitchen. Inside the kitchen you will be fully provided with all the cooking ware and tableware. Also you will see the kitchen contains a refrigerator/freezer, an oven, a toaster, a dishwasher, a microwave and a coffee machine.
From the hallway at the entrance of the apartment, you can enter the double bedroom. This room is large and nicely decorated. On both sides of the bed are two small cupboards with drawers, which can be used to store your personal belongings. On the wall you will find a window with two small wooden doors. You will notice that there is enough room for your clothes in the huge closet and that there will be plenty of spare room in here as well.
The spacious bathroom is accessible from the hallway as well. The atmosphere in here is very comfortable, because of the pleasant light and colours inside. It consists of a toilet, a shower and of course a sink with a mirror. Everything in the bathroom is new and beautifully tiled.
