Apartment description
Retro glamour, a playful comeback of the 60/70's with extreme red colors. This apartment has fantastic design details and special murals made by the artist Gustavo Marrone. Nevertheless the authentic character of the 120 year old building is kept. Out of the balcony it is nice looking onto one of the oldest squares in the city: Plaza Milans.
The apartment is radiator heated and air-conditioned and has a fully equipped kitchen, with all new appliances and water heater (constant hot water), stereo tv, washing/drying machine and microwave. There is an elevator in the building!
Around the area of the apartment
The Gothic District passes between the two most important avenues of the old city, Via Layetana and Las Ramblas, and between the Catalonia square, the old harbor and the beach of Barceloneta.
