This apartment has recently been completely renovated by an established young Argentinean architect known for his contrasting designs. He has successfully managed to retain the original features of the apartment and combine them with comfort, luxury and contemporary design: the Loewe flat screen television (with DVD player) and modern 3 seater sofa, stools and armchairs contrast nicely with the original floor tiles and beautiful wooden beams.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom with a spacious double bed is at the front of the apartment, and is separated from the living room by an elegant and practical sliding door. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, which can be combined to create a spacious double bed. Both bedrooms have large wardrobes and storage space.
The living area has some lovely eye-catching details: two balconies with original wooden doors overlooking a Gothic square; and an original raised bathroom, complete with a luxurious bath, has glass walls from floor to ceiling which provide a great view over the living room. The combination of high quality marble and stainless steel designer elements give the bathroom the feel of a luxury hotel.
