This luxurious and unique apartment was renovated in January 2007 and combines traditional elements, such as beamed ceilings and original stone walls, with parquet flooring and a modern kitchen. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a balcony which looks out over a quiet gothic street.
The bedroom has two single beds which can be combined to create a queen-sized bed. A comfortable sofa bed is located in the living room and there is also1 child’s bed.
The recently installed kitchen is fully equipped, and the stylish bathroom contains a bath with a combined shower unit. The apartment has air-conditioning (hot/cold) throughout and guests have the use of a TV, DVD and stereo.
Surrounding area
The focal point of the Santa Caterina district is its market, which has recently been renovated by the famous architect Enric Miralles. Its design and colourful undulating roof have made it a cult point reference for architecture students from all over the world. A great deal of investment has been made in the area owing to its potential and fantastic location between Parque de la Ciutadella and the Cathedral Square. |
