This is a delightful and spacious apartment located in the Old Town.
This 2nd floor flat was renovated in 2005 and has 3 bedrooms. The furniture and décor are a mixture of both antique and modern pieces, which have been harmoniously combined with original art works and beamed ceilings to create a lovely atmosphere in this beautiful apartment. This property also has 4 delightful small balconies.
Please note: there is no lift in the building.

The Gothic District passes between the two most important avenues of the old city, Via Layetana and Las Ramblas, and between the Catalonia square, the old harbor and the beach of Barceloneta.
