This apartment is located in close proximity to the famous and majestic Plaça Espanya, in an area which is well connected by public transport for getting around and out of the city.
This practical apartment had 2 single bedrooms and 1 double, and can therefore comfortably sleep up to 4 people. The combined living and dining area is cosy and comes complete with a TV and DVD player, this area also receives lots of natural light thanks to a set of tall patio doors. The kitchen comes fully-equipped with all mod cons, making it easy to prepare a meal indoors.
The Eixample district called as well ’’El Plan cerdá” was created from the project of the expansion of the city, and its union with the surrounded towns, made by the famous city planner Idelfonso Cerdá. The Eixample district is a unique zone wich represents the greater expression of the modernist architecture, and specially Gaudí (Milá house, the Batlló and the Sagrada Family). Its main avenue Paseo de Gracia is considered like one of the most beautiful avenues in the world.
