The elegant apartment building has been constructed by a very famous archetect, Carlos Ferrate. Carlos had designed the exterior design of the building to appear sleek and contemporary. He had also designed the park which neighbors this apartment for all our guests to relax and enjoy. This unique apartment is located on the 12th floor with an outstanding view of the city.
The location of the apartment is situated on the street, Boc de Roda. Approximately 15 minutes by metro to the center, you are given the opportunity to relax in a quiet neighborhood next to the sea, yet it is only a short metro or bus ride away to experience all the city center has to offer. Also one of Barcelona’s cleanest and most beautiful beaches, Mar Bella is also just 10 minuites away.
This designer apartment is located in a brand new building. The archtechutre of the building is very modern with the long beautiful lines. The interior is clean, decorated with a basic color scheme and open spaces. You will find it easy to relax in the comfortable settings which this place has to offer.
