The brand new, luxury Marbella 1 apartment provides spacious accommodation for up to 8 people. It is located in a modern area of Barcelona and has a communal garden, great sea view and is only 5 minutes walk from the nearest beach.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and the remaining 2 both have two single beds. All the bedrooms have great sea or city views. Two additional people can also be accommodated on the sofa bed in the stylish and comfortable living room. Patio doors lead out from the lounge to a balcony furnished with a table and chairs. The modern kitchen is equipped with all mod cons and the luxury bathroom has a combined bath and shower and a double sink.
