Descrizione dell'appartamento
This apartment really has it all for a perfect holiday: a swimming pool, the beach on the doorstep and a large private terrace, all just a short distance from Barcelona’s lively centre with its endless array of restaurants, bars and nightlife.
The apartment is modern and airy with pretty, colourful details throughout. The lovely double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, and the cosy second bedroom has two single beds. Direct access to the large terrace at the rear of the apartment can be gained from both of these rooms. The second bathroom contains also a bath and shower.
Its spacious living area has a dining table and chairs, and a double sofa bed. This room receives lots of natural light during the day thanks to the glass balcony doors that run along the whole front of the apartment.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a lovely additional seating area with a large front facing window.
The 14m² terrace comes equipped with wooden furniture, which is perfect for al fresco dining. The communal swimming pool, patio and children’s playground can be seen from the terrace.
Surrounding area
The apartment is conveniently located in Vila Olimpica. The wide, palm tree lined promenade of the port and many seafood restaurants and bars are just a short distance away. The Zoo, Parque de la Ciutadella and the charming areas of Poble Nou and El Borne are within walking distance. Reaching the city centre is also easy, as the area is well connected by bus, metro and tram.
