This apartment is housed in a building which dates back to1925, which has now been fully renovated to meet modern standards.
The apartment has two bedrooms: one double and one twin and can therefore accommodate up to 4 people comfortably, making it ideal for two couples or a family.
This recently refurbished property has a lovely modern kitchen and contemporary bathrooms, yet still retains some of its charming original features such as the beamed ceiling, oak floor and exposed brick walls.
The double doors in the living area provide lots of light and lead out onto balconies that afford a great view of the surrounding area.
The apartment is also ideal for groups as we offer more apartments in the same building: 170902 Aqua 1 and 170903 Aqua 2.
Surrounding area
The apartment is located in the Vila Olimpica area, which was practically rebuilt in the early 1990s to accommodate the athletes and visitors to the 1992 Olympic Games. It is now a lively coastal area, and very popular with tourists. The apartment is only two minutes walk from the popular Bogatell beach. This particular area is known for its great range of seafood restaurants, lounge bars, casino and night clubs.
The city centre can be reached on foot, but is also just a short bus or underground train ride away.
