Descrizione dell'appartamento
The apartment is located in the heart of Barcelona’s Eixample district. This area was developed in the 19th century and boasts some of the best modernist architecture the city has to offer: the Casa Batlló, Casa Milà and the Sagrada Familia. Other major attractions such as the famous La Rambla as well as numerous cafés, bars and restaurants are just a short walk away.
This bright, spacious apartment has beautiful hardwood flooring and modern aesthetics. The kitchen is fully-equipped with new appliances and the dining area seats six people. There are 2 double bedrooms, one of which has a delightful balcony, and a double sofa in the living room. The bathroom boasts a super oval bathtub with overhead shower.
Around the area of the apartment
The Eixample district called as well “El Plan cerdá” was created from the project of the expansion of the city, and its union with the surrounded towns, made by the famous city planner Idelfonso Cerdá. The Eixample district is a unique zone which represents the greater expression of the modernist architecture, and specially Gaudí’³ (Milá House, the Batlló use and the Sagrada Family). Its main avenue Paseo de Gracia is considered like one of the most beautiful avenues in the world.
