Descrizione dell'appartamento
This Miro apartment is located in the heart of Barcelona’s Eixample. This area is well connected by public transport for getting around the city, and the famous La Rambla, boutiques, bars and a multitude of restaurants are all within easy reach.
Both spacious and sunny, this apartment is full of traditional charm combined with modern aesthetics. It has 3 bedrooms: a large master bedroom with a double bed, plenty of wardrobe space and a fabulous balcony; a second double bedroom with a small changing area; and a third bedroom containing 2 single beds.
Elegant furnishings and details in the roomy lounge and dining area create a lovely environment in which to relax after a long day’s sightseeing. This room also has a TV and DVD player at your disposal.
The stylish kitchen is equipped with all mod cons, creating an enjoyable environment in which to prepare a meal. There is one bathroom with a large bath and combined shower, and a cloakroom with an extra toilet and sink.
If you don’t want to miss your weekly work out, there is a great gym in front of the apartment with a pool which can be used for a daily fee.
Around the area of the apartment
The Eixample district called as well “El Plan cerdá” was created from the project of the expansion of the city, and its union with the surrounded towns, made by the famous city planner Idelfonso Cerdá. The Eixample district is a unique zone wich represents the greater expression of the modernist architecture, and specially Gaudí’s (Milá House, the Batlló House and the Sagrada Family). Its main avenue Paseo de Gracia is considered like one of the most beautiful avenues in the world.
