This apartment is located in the centre of Barcelona in a beautiful classical building dating back to 1883. The most recent renovation work was completed in September 1999 and the building is impressive both inside and out.
Neutral colours have been used throughout this spacious and airy apartment, and extend to the painted tiles decorating the walls and the stained green glass incorporated into the windows and doors in a modernist style, typical of the region.
The focal point of the stylish sitting area is the beautiful fire place, which combined with the comfortable sofas, plasma screen TV and a DVD player make it the perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing or shopping. The living room also contains two individual sofa beds.
The main bedroom is very large and luxurious and has a king-sized bed, two balconies and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the remaining two bedrooms both have 1 single bed each. The second bathroom comes complete with a shower and a bath. This apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen.

Surrounding area
The Eixample area is well known for its great restaurants, cafes, museums and galleries. Barcelona’s main shopping streets, Passeig de Gracia and Rambla de Catalunya, are also in this area. The Gothic Quarter with its narrow streets, great atmosphere and exuberant nightlife is also close by. The nearest metro station is Passeig de Gracia which is well connected for getting around the city and also has a rail service for trips to the coast and surrounding areas.
