This apartment is housed in a building which dates back to 1860, which has now been fully renovated to meet modern standards.
The apartment has two bedrooms: one double including complete bathroom in suite and a second double bedroom, so can therefore accommodate up to 4 people comfortably, making it ideal for two couples or a family.
This recently refurbished property has a lovely modern kitchen nicely integrated on the livingroom, and contemporary bathrooms, yet still retains some of its charming original features such the back patio and exposed brick walls, traditional on this historical industrial area.
The direct acces to the flat from the small and quite street, provides total independece from the rest of the building, and facilities for easy entrance of luggage, buggies, etc.

The apartment is located in Vell Poblenou (Old Poblenou), just between Vila Olímpica and Diagonal Mar, and 200 yards from Bogatell beach. The quarter keeps the caracter of a small village, by its old and small streets and comerces, and the lovely Rambla del Poblenou, with some of the best terraces for tapas in Barcelona.
This area got as well the flaivour of its industrial past, with lots of catalogated and protected industrial buildings from XIX century.
The city centre can be reached on foot, but is also just a short bus or underground train ride away.
