Descrizione dell'appartamento
The Apartment studio is comfortable and very modern, and it is located in the centre of Tiergarten at only 2 minutes away of the Metro and U-Bahn, and at a 10 minute walking distance of K-Dam. The apartment is in the middle of the parc area in Berlin, yet as well in the middle of the centre of Berlin, and you have a great view from your balcony on the Tiergarten forrest.
The studio apartment is cosy, silent and modern. It has been totally renovated in the spring of 2008, and offers you a perfect relaxed stay in Berlin.
The bathroom is totally new, and here you find a large shower, design details, and as well a washing machine. In the main room you will find a large, comfortable double bed (160x200), a flat screen TV so you can watch a DVD from your bed and a high table with three beautiful bar stools for having a small diner. The room also provides a large sleeping couch and a large closet. The light is indirect and very tastefully designed. The kitchen is small but complete and provides everything you need for a nice dinner.
The apartment further provides a washing/drying machine, hairdryer, microwave, coffeemachine, watercooker, electric cooking plates, iron machine and a flatscreen TV. Below the building you’ll find a nice restaurant with tipical German food, very well visited by both foreigners as the Berlin people.
The apartment is an excellent choice for exploring the city from a luxurious home base.
