Appartement beschrijving
Considered a Top location for the visitor or business man, this luxurious one bedroom apartment (43 sqm) is located in the diplomatic and embassy quarter in the centre of Berlin. To guarantee a certain level of comfort, we only offer the flat for a maximum of three guests.
The very light and by glass surrounded apartment is located in the third floor and is accessible by elevator.
The apartment has a view into the driveway of the elegant “Intercontinental Hotel” where all famous foreign politicians and stars stay on there way to Berlin.
At night you can see the golden column “Siegessaule”. The tasteful decorated living/bedroom has a king size bed (1.80x2.00) which can be separated in to two single beds (each 90x2.00).
Further more there is LCD-TV, Cable TV and CD Radio.
Fast Internet with phone will be installed soon. (Ask for availability).
There is a balcony, facing to a big luminous inside patio.
Towels and linen are provided free of charge.
The kitchen is completely remodelled and well equipped:
Washer/dryer, microwave, toaster, cattle, etc.
At a surcharge there is a private car garage available.
The apartment is in Berlin’s top location. It is located in the diplomatic and embassy quarter next to the famous “Intercontinental Hotel” and “Schweizer Hof” right next to the “Tiergarten” with all its recreational possibilities.
The flat is just two minutes by walking form the Underground station “Wittenbergplatz” (right next to the famous and elegant Shopping mall “KaDeWe”, the famous church “Gedaechtniskirche”, and also the famous Zoo with his world famous Aquarium.
Also the well known ”Nollendorf-Winterfeldplatz” with all its colourful Bars and market places is right next to the flat.
The bus stop of the most important bus line 200, is directly in front of the apartment building.
The 200 bus line is also called the sightseeing line, because it stops at every important spot of Berlin, for example:
“Tiergarten”, “Philarmonie”, “Unter den Linden”, “Brandenburger Tor”, “Checkpoint Charlie”, “Friedrichstraße”, “Potsdammer Platz”, opera houses und theaters, “Alexanderplatz” and the world famous museums (Pergamon und Bodemuseum).
