Online reserving an apartment with possible extra services is comparable with booking a hotelroom. Simple, safe and fast.

Just follow the instructions on the screen, and it shows itself. If you still want some extra help for booking your apartment, then please read the explanation of the reservation process below.

How can I reserve an apartment?
After you have selected an apartment, click on the 'book now' - button after which a webpage appears with a booking form. To avoid a mistake, please check the booking data and then fill in your personal details.

Read the general conditions carefully. As soon as you have filled in all your personal details, you click on ‘NEXT STEP’ and the payment page will appear.

Online down payment?
After your filled in all your personal details and clicked on ‘NEXT STEP’, you enter the online payment page. The amount to be paid as a downpayment is mentioned in the booking form. You can select the method of payment and then ‘NEXT STEP’ and the next screen will guide you through the payment process. In case you selected to pay with credit card, fill in the personal and creditcard details here. When you have completed the payment process, you will receive a mail from our bank with the information about the payment. In case you have selected to pay by bank transfer, you will enter a page with all data necessary to transfer the money to our account. Make sure you do this as soon as possible, because otherwise we cannot confirm your booking.

When is a booking confirmed?
As soon as the downpayment has been received, you’ll receive the bookings form per email. Only when you have received this confirmation mail, your apartment reservation is confirmed. Please make sure you receive this within hours after your reservation. This confirmation mail contains complete information for your arrival (address of the apartment, arrival time, phone number of the apartment manager, etc). The apartment manager receives a copy of this e-mail, so that your arrival and stay is well prepared.

When and how do I pay the remaining sum?
The remaining sum has been mentioned in the bookings form and this you’l have to pay in cash on the arrival in the apartment tot the apartment manager.
