Unterkunftsbeschreibung
The Duomo area is famous for its’ cultural, high-visited buildings and sparkling street life. However, while entering the Francesco apartment, a contradictory feeling will overwhelm you, because of the calmness that the place radiates. The hallway is already adorable and worth spending time, because from here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Duomo Cathedral. The apartment has a very romantic and welcoming atmosphere and it will even give you a feeling that you live in own farmhouse, on an arm length distance from the Cathedral.
The general style of the apartment is authentic, it has a lot of organic shapes and the furniture and material for the decoration are in natural colours. The wooden beams on the ceiling and the arched brickwork in this apartment are the first parts of the apartment that will catch your attention. Furthermore, the wooden doors, the beautiful dark- wooden furniture and the wooden frames of the paintings and mirrors follow this authentic style. Thanks to the accessories, like boughs and flowers, the apartment is very natural and fresh. Also not to forget the subtle extras, like white candles, white vases, very graceful stands and beautiful rugs on the floor with old-fashion prints. However, the apartment is modern and new and there is a lot of different modern equipment available. There is a beautiful light-brown tiled floor that goes through the whole apartment.
The living room is decorated with a comfortable couch, a flat screen television, a beautiful dark-wooden cupboard and there is a window in the living room through which you will have a beautiful view on the Cathedral.
The kitchen has a grey granite surface which is directly connected with the table on which you can eat or have a cosy drink. It contains three tall stools. On the right side you can enter the balcony which gives you a charming view on Florence. The kitchen is provided with microwave and grill, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, iron and ironing board and washing machine.
The main room has two single beds that can be transformed into a double bed. The beds are made up with beautiful sheets and cushions. There are rugs in this room and it has night stands on both sides of the bed, with lamps on it. There is a brown chair in this room and a brown wooden cupboard. The window in here gives you a beautiful birds’ view over the Duomo Cathedral.
The bathroom is really impeccable and fresh. The organic colours return in here, with brown tints for the tiles on the wall and the floor. The amenities, the sink, toilet and shower, are in white.
