Apartment description
This spacious 6 persons apartment (ideal for 4) is located in the beautiful Santa Croce area. From here everything is just a snap away. Imagine it is just a 5 minutes walk to the nice Santa Croce square, 10 minutes to the exciting Duomo and 15 minutes to Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi art gallery. You are surrounded by beautiful monuments, historical buildings and all kinds of cafes, clubs , venues, discos, theatres and restaurants.
Apartment Piero consists of 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (which are fully provided with shower and/or bathtub) and a fully equipped kitchen.
The main bedroom is large and is designed with some nice wooden parquet on the floor. You will notice that a lot of natural light will nicely brighten this room during the day. It consists of a king size bed, two armchairs, an unfold able guest bed, windows with a great view outside and a closet with a lot of room for clothes and other belongings. This bedroom also has the luxury of an en-suite bathroom which is completely with shower, toilet, bidet, a sink and a hairdryer.
The other bedroom is almost equal to the main bedroom and carries the same advantages as described above. If you prefer to stay with more than 4 persons you can create 2 more sleeping spaces by turning the so called pouf-beds inside the bedrooms into another bed. Inside these bedrooms and the kitchen you will find air conditioning units, which can also function as a heating. With this system you are able to put different temperatures in every room.
While having an en-suite bathroom this apartment also has got a second bathroom. This complete bathroom consists of a bath/shower combination, bidet, toilet, sink and there a 10-line clothes line for laundry which is concealed by a white cloth.
As used for cooking and having dinner we arrive at the kitchen. You are fully provided with enough tableware and kitchenware, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freeze compartment, an individual freezer, a microwave, a coffeemaker, a washing/drying machine. The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor without elevator. In the building is no garage.
The apartment has 24 hours a day Wi-Fi internet connection.
