How do I know if an apartment is available?
Very easy. Choose an apartment and scroll down. You will find a calender with the actual availability of the apartment
(blue = booked). It is updated 24/7.
How do I know
the prices for more persons and/or longer periods?
Choose an apartment and scroll down.The prices for more persons
and/or longer periods are indicated in the price tabel at the bottom
of the webpage of each apartment.
How do I make
a reservations?
After choosing the apartment, just click at the blue button
BOOK THIS APARTMENT. Fill in the form. We always try to confirm
within 24 hours.
Payments ?
You have completed your reservation once the advance payment has
been made. This amounts to approximately 25% of the total value.
Following the instructions, you will be offered several payment
methods.
The remaining amount of value needs to be paid on the day of arrival
at the apartment, in cash and to the contact person.
How
do I receive the keys of the apartment?
When you arrive at the apartment you will meet your contact person
who will show you the apartment. After paying the remaining balance
to the contact person he/ she will give you the keys.
What do I need to bring to the apartment?
All apartments are equipped with bedlinen and towels. But anything
of regular and/or considered use you need to bring with you. For
example: toiletpaper, soap, consumptions.
Do I need to clean the apartment?
No. You receive a clean apartment and it will be cleaned again after
your departure. But of course, we will appreciate if you leave the
apartment behind in an acceptable state.
Payment & reservations?
You have completed your reservation once the advance payment has been made.
This amounts to approximately 25% of the total value. Following the instructions,
you will be offered several payment methods. For some accommodations you
will be asked to fill in your payment details on a secured page in order
to make a direct on-line booking.
For some other accommodations you will receive an email from us indicating
that your reservation request will be answered within the following 24 hours.
As soon as we have received the reconfirmation from the owner that the accommodation
in available, we will respond with an email that will guide you to make
an on-line reservation.
The remaining amount of value needs to be paid on the day of arrival at
the apartment, in cash and to the contact person.
Can I bring my cat or dog?
No, we are sorry but we don't allow any pets in our apartments.
I own an apartment in barcelona,
is it possible to rent it out by this website?
It depends if the apartments fits into our formula. The apartments
needs to be comfortable, clean and offer all the needs a tourist
desires for a nice short stay in Barcelona. We would be glady visit
your apartment to find out if it does.
