TRAINEESHIP RESERVATIONS DEPARTMENT
Would you like to do your traineeship in the centre of Barcelona? Working
in a young tourist apartment rental agency, with all its aspects? Talking
with clients, helping improving the website, opening new markets, while
learning spanish?
Description traineeship:
- answering questions from clients about the apartments or trip, in English,
Dutch, French, Spanish or German
- treating requests and reservations via mail or phone
- administrating the bookings in the reservationsystem
- writing attractive texts for new apartments on the website
- writing touristic information for parts of the website
Skills:
- average it experience (Word, Excel, Internet)
- good language skills in at least 2 of the languages English, German, Dutch,
French, Spanish
- excellent communication skills
- independent, flexible, customer oriented
Practical information:
- from june, july or august
- for 3 – 6 months
- in office in Barcelona
- working hours in Barcelona working hours are in shifts:
09:30 - 14.00 hours + 16.00 - 19.00 hours + 13.00 – 22.00
Description company:
Touristways is an independent company based in Barcelona and Amsterdam,
renting out apartments to tourists in different cities.
Each accommodation is carefully selected by us. We intermediate between
the visitor and the owner of an accommodation.
You will be based in the Service Office in Barcelona, where you work in
a young, dynamic team. The office is downtown Barcelona, and
you are allowed to work outside on the large terrace, overviewing the old
city and the sea!
In the office in Amsterdam is the development part located.
We are of service to our customers in English, Dutch, French, German or
Spanish. Within the company the spoken language is English, Dutch and Spanish.
