This brand new one bedroom apartment is located on 30, Rue Cler in the 7th . It is 32 sq meters of size, and is located on the 6th floor with elevator located in a nice and renovated building. It can accommodate up to 4 persons.
From the apartment, you can enjoy a nice typical Paris view and you can see the Invalides' Dome.
The apartment has been completely renovated in August 2002. All amenities and appliances are brand new. It features a bedroom with closets and hand basin (very useful for morning face wash when the bathroom is already busy), and a living room with a well equipped American kitchen. The bathroom has a sink, a bath a shower and a toilet.
Rue Cler is a famous traffic free and open market street. It is centrally located and you are within walking distance to the Eiffel tower, St Germain des Prés, the Champs Elysées, and many more locations. The neighbourhood is very safe, and the apartment very quiet although the street is lively.
