This very elegant 1 bedroom apartment has been renovated in January 2007 and is brand new.
It is 37 sq meters in size and located on the 4th floor of a nice ancient building.
The apartment is located in the best area of le Marais and within a 3 minutes walk to the river.
The surroundings of the apartment is quiet and has a big typical Paris roof view. It is less than a minute walking to food and grocery shops, as well as restaurants and stores.
If you are thinking of cooking your own food you will have everything nearby and the kitchen is elegantly equipped. In the kitchen you will find a large oven, stove and cooking equipment
The apartment capacity is 4 guests, 2 in the living room queen sofa and 2 in the bedroom’s king size bed. The kitchen is independent from the living room and the bathroom has a sink and a bath with wall mounted unit to serve as a shower.

Now the Marais has been declared a historic neighborhood, and you can now find trendy boutiques, cafés, and museums in the district. The area's narrow streets, nevertheless, retain the stamp of a medieval village.
