This charming one-bedroom apartment is located in the smartest area of Paris, Boulevard Malesherbes between Boulevard Haussman and Rue de la Bienfaisance.
This recently renovated and well-placed apartment is located on the 2nd French floor of a Haussmanien building with a security system and a concierge.
This bright 35m2 apartment can accommodate 4 persons.
The 15m2 living room has two windows. There is a double sofa bed, a blue armchair, a cable TV with VCR, a phone and a stereo. There is also a wooden dining table with its four matching chairs and a few decorative items and furniture such as lamps and pictures.
The 12m2 bedroom has a queen size bed, a closet with mirror doors and a window. The walls are white and blue and the floor is wooden parquet. The bedroom is separated from the living room with window doors. The open kitchen is next to the entry.
