This spacious one bedroom apartment has been completely renovated in October 2000. It is on the first floor of a very nice 17th-century building with beams, stones, and magnificent Venetian stairway. One of the advantages of this apartment is that it is very quiet thanks to its own private courtyard. This apartment has been designed to give you the maximum comfort. It features state-of the art brand new decoration, electrical appliances and the best bed you can ever dream to sleep in. The apartment is located on rue de la Huchette, one of the nicest and typical pedestrian streets of the Latin Quarter. It is a three-minute walk to the Notre Dame and the Seine River. It is a very quiet place, perfect for resting and enjoying the most lively and typical area of Paris. The studio is centrally located and close to public transportation, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, churches, bakeries, and banks. The apartment features a nice living room with sofa bed, a separate bedroom with mezzanine (queen-size bed), and a single bed below for a fifth person.
