This apartment with big terrace of 27m2 is located in a very nice area of Valencia. The apartment is equipped with all the features you need to have a plesant stay.
The maximum occupancy is for 5 people, but you will have more comfort for 3 or 4 people. Exept the master bedroom there are 3 single sofa-beds.
20 minutes walking and you are downtown, or in 5 minutes using the metro that is right near the building. Located in the benimaclet neighbourhood, that is very safe and full of young people, students, shops and supermarkets. On fridaymornings there is a streetmarket. When you want to go to the beach you have choice of walking, bus, metro or tram.

The pool of www.lahipica.com is 150 meters walking from the apartment including riding club. In summer time, La Hipica has also an outdoor swimming pool. |

The Eixample area with art nouveau architecture is situated next to the Turia Park (Parque Jardines del Turia). The river which once flowed through the city is resolved (because of big floods) and is currently transformed into a fantastic city park. The Valencians love to run and bike in this spot and there can be found a lot of ponds and fountains. A perfect view with sight on the bridges, sometimes provided with holy statues.
